What: This year's hospital ball will be replacing the end of term 4 drinks. The theme is 'A midsummer night's dream' and it will be a formal event with a seated dinner, photobooth, bar tab and dance floor all included in your ticket!

Jules, of Neighbourhood Yoga, who is specialist-trained in Mental Health Aware Yoga, will devise and deliver a yoga session appropriate for all participants to engage them in moving, breathing and relaxation.

Welcome to our third consecutive time hosting the INTERHOSPITAL CRICKET CARNIVAL!!!!!
Come along to support your friends and colleagues as they play against teams from Townsville, Cairns and Rockhampton! Spend the long weekend cheering on our team so we bring home the trophy yet again and all the bragging rights that come with it.
Game Schedule:
Day 1 (30/09) - THE QUALIFYING GAMES
- 2 games from 1pm-4:30pm
- 2 games from 6pm-9:30pm
Day 2 (01/10) - THE SEMI FINALS
- 2 games from 10am-1:30pm
- 2 games from 2pm-5:30pm
DAY 3 (02/10) - THE FINALS
- 2 games from 11am-2:30pm (winners and losers playoffs)
It's getting on a bit this year, innit?
Time to take another breather and come down for a pint or two at the glorious "Moss on Wood" next Friday, 18/08/2023.
We'll be joined by local band "The Feels", known for their seamless blend of Funk, Reggae, Soul, Rock, Pop & Disco.
And of course, there will be the usual free drinks, free food and free banter.

Raising money for White Ribbon Foundation and the Women’s Centre.
RAFFLE: To celebrate MSA will be holding a raffle supported by local businesses and donating the proceeds to a charity that supports women (TBA). Selling tickets from 06/03/23 at the bake sale. Winner announced 10/03/23
